Produced in the 1970s, the 124 Dou̩é came most often with a gold plated cap and a polished black barrel. A few very rare pieces were produced with the pinstripe pattern of the cap flowing all the way down the body. The ripped look of the body accents the cap beautifully. The pen is topped brilliantly with an embedded snow cap logo on both the top and the bottom of the pen. The piston mechanism adds to the significance of this pen.
This particular pen is in new old stock condition, and appears to have never been used. The gold plating still looks to be nearly flawless, with the exception of a few very tiny spots in the clip. It comes without the original boxes and papers.
