The Kaweco Steel Sport is made from solid stainless steel with an attractive brushed finish that gives it an elegant yet unpretentious look. Its weighty, well-balanced construction is perfect for those who prefer a more substantial pen.

The sporty and compact looks of these fountain pens transcend time and are just as attractive today as they were when they were first created years ago. Each pen is compact when capped (4.1 inches long) but very comfortable when posted (5.2 inches long). Thus the Kaweco slogan "Small in the pocket, great in the hand."

Made in Germany, the pen features a screw-on cap for extra security, a chrome-plated steel nib with iridium tip, and a metal Kaweco logo on the cap tip.

One blue ink cartridge is included. The cartridge comes inside the barrel of the pen. If the cartridge seems to be stuck inside the barrel, try gently tapping the barrel against a hard surface a few times to dislodge it.

My Favorite EDC

This has been my favorite EDC pen. It holds up well to bouncing around in a pocket with change or keys and mine has never leaked in that situation. The Kaweco Supra and Liliput metal barrel pens are similar but the exposed threads on the end of those pens are irritating and can wear adjacent materials
