We are pleased to present you with Gioia's first limited edition - the Gioia Gaiola.
Gioia produced 50 (25 F nib and 25 M nib) units with three notable characteristics:

1) A unique 14k gold nib embossed with our “Vesuvio” by JoWo Berliner Schreibfeder GmbH
2) A semi-transparent resin in green, blue, yellow and white colors, inspired by the Gaiola Island
3) A gold-plated Solid Sterlinv silver (.925) cap ring

About Gaiola

Gaiola is a small two island formation near to our beloved Naples, in the Posilipo location, whose beautiful colors inspired us to commission production of this fountain pen’s semi-transparent resin. Originally, the small island was known as Euplea, protector of safe navigation, and was the site of a small temple. The Latin word caveola (“little cave”) passed through the region’s dialect to become Caviola and then Gaiola.
