This beautiful blue rollerball is part of the Omas Europe Collection. Featuring a blue resin body with gold accents on the clip, tip of the pen, and center band. The center band showcases stars on each faced as a historic symbol.
History of the Collection:
On March 20,1992, Omas officially presented the Europa fountain pen in the Auditorium of the International Press Centre in Brussels. This special pen was authorized by the General Secretary of the Commission of European Communities.
The Omas Europa has great symbolic significance because the first 12 pens were presented to the Heads of State who signed the Maastricht Economical Treaty. Members of the press, as well as the RAI, many vips, as well as others, were in attendance to record the presentation of the historic pen.
