A nice Green-Black (as opposed to a Black-Green) ink. Minimal to Low Shading with little to no Sheen. (I like it because the little Shading that it does have is not excessive, is not Binary Shading. It may produce Sheen with Italic nibs, though, hopefully giving an Halo Effect where the nib forces ink to the edges of characters and any Sheen will tend to look sharper, crisper.) Ages well, it doesn't seem to lighten over time. It is deeply saturated, has wet flow, (so there may be some wooliness, feathering and bleed-through on many papers. But, with the right nib size and perhaps a drier pen, and with the right paper, say an absorbent "dry paper" (Maruman Mnemosyne, Muji, ClaireFontaine My Essentials*), it should be easily controllable. I had no problems writing on Endless Works Recorder 68 gsm Tomoe River paper and Leuchtturm 1917 journals. On a really wet nib, writing with a lot of pressure, it may shift towards a Black-Green.) Cleans and flushes easily out of a pen and Converter.
