The sporty and compact looks of these fountain pens transcend time and are just as attractive today as they were when they were first created years ago. Each pen is made of high-quality, colorful plastic and is compact when capped (approx. 4.1 inches long), but very comfortable when posted (5.3 inches long). Thus the Kaweco slogan "Small in the pocket, great in the hand".
Each pen features a screw-on cap for extra security and a gold-colored stainless steel nib with an iridium tip. Each pen is made in Germany and has a Kaweco metal logo on the top of the cap.
This pen comes with one blue ink cartridge. The cartridge comes inside the barrel of the pen. If the cartridge seems to be stuck inside the barrel, try gently tapping the barrel against a hard surface a few times to dislodge it.
Clips are available for separate purchase here: Kaweco Sport Clips
This pen can also use a cartridge converter - available for purchase here: Standard International Mini Converter

Smooth writing and comfortable in the hand even though it is a smaller pen.
It's a small pen and nice to write with. I used a converter with it then a universal cartridge. Wrote more than 25 pages in my notebook with it before noticing there was ink building up just under the threads. It appears the seam couldn't hold up to regular use. It did a fair job considering I wrote more than 10,000 words with it and took it on a flight. Nice ink flow and the nib treated me well. I hope to still be able to use it but maybe not every day when I've got a story to tell.
Super pretty in person, shipping was fast. Glad I was able to grab this limited edition kaweco !
I’m a fan of Kaweco Sports and the new, iridescent color way is beautiful. When I saw the announcement about the new color way on social media, I was excited to preorder a pen from Truphae. Sadly, the pen disappeared in the mail. Happily, Truphae quickly sent out a new pen and turned a sad experience into a great one.
I have a lot of colors of the Kaweco Sport but this one underwelms me. The pearlescent plastic looks like the resin wasn't fully mixed making the light reflect off the pearlescence in an awkward way. Not what I thought a pearlescent case would look like. Looks cheap.
