Love this pen

I received this as my monthly subscription. I doubt I would have ever purchased it, and that would have been a mistake. I love this pen. It is a daily carry along with my Lamy 2000, Sailor, Pilot, and Montblanc. I highly recommend this pen, and I also recommend purchasing pens from Truphae. Benu and Truphae are good honest people. Benu Supreme Cranberry Tonic M nib

Nice pen as with all Benus. 26 so far! I got this particular color because I often use dark, dark red inks. I like the feel of the pen. I use it posted.

Style and Substance

Beautiful pen-the photos don't do it justice. The color is rich and the shimmer understated. Nice balance. Smooth ink flow. A delightful surprise in my February monthly Truphae box.

New favorite

Received this in a gift box and have to say I would never have chosen this pen for myself. That being said it is now my favorite daily pen. Smooth writing and nice weight. Love the red color and even the glitter.

My review of the Benu Cranberry Tonic

This is my first experience with a Benu pen. This brand makes me think of chunky glittery bullet shaped pens, so when I saw the box and pulled out the Tonic, I was surprised. This is a more traditional shape, although still very unique with it's flat ends, and tapered body. The only thing I don't like about this pen style is the chunky silver band around the top of the cap. I do love the glittery red body and smooth texture. The broad nib is PERFECTION.... just gorgeous!
I have no problems posting the cap. The ink I'm using is the perfect color: Sailor #437
