Montblanc Great Characters Enzo Ferrari Limited Edition 1898 Fountain Pen
In 2021, Montblanc pays tribute to the visionary Enzo Ferrari: both motor racing driver and entrepreneur, he founded the legendary Scuderia Ferrari and established a global automotive empire whose name has become synonymous with superb quality and a passion for speed. Made from metal and designed to appear like the structure of a "Ferrari 125 S" engine, this writing instrument pays homage to the meticulous construction skills of the Ferrari workshops. The cap top is crowned with a Montblanc emblem in resin resembling frosted glass and embedded in a metal grid. The prancing horse, the famous emblem of Ferrari cars, is depicted on the back of the cap. The metal clip is adorned with a famous quote by Enzo: "You cannot describe passion, you can only live it." The fittings are refined with red lacquer, inspired by the intense red of the first "Ferrari 125 S" car. The cone shows two important dates in the career of Enzo Ferrari. The handcrafted Au 750 solid gold nib is engraved with the image of "Ferrari 250 GTO" steering wheel and a nickname given to Enzo Ferrari - "Il Commendatore".
