Visconti Van Gogh Impressionist Vincent's Chair Green Fountain Pen
Visconti's Van Gogh series of pens evoke the spirit of Van Gogh's famous paintings through a carefully selected combination of colors and materials. The beautiful swirl of colors represents the palette of Van Gogh's Vincent's Chair, while the body is made from a blend of resins meant to represent an oil palette.
I received this pen in my January collectors inkredible box, and the pen is the smoothest writing pen in my collection!
I very much enjoy writing with this pen. The nib is smooth and flows easily. Although I’m not normally a fan of steel sections, this one has a slight raised area that prevents my fingers from slipping down to the nib. It is well balanced and rests nicely in my hand, a solid presence but not too heavy. I find the magnetic closure extremely satisfying! The body of this pen has small facets that work nicely with the flow of colors. This is my first Visconti and it makes me want many more!
