We welcome returns solely for defective items. Regrettably, we cannot accommodate returns based on personal preferences, such as not liking the pen or it not feeling right in your grasp.

I love the sub box and I look forward it every month but I hardly get excited. Maybe because the sub box is targeted towards male customers? Some of the pen I received had no character (sorry!) and usually it comes with very boring color ink. I wish you could make a box specifically curated towards women. Fun ink and exciting pens! More edgy. Many times, it’s a thick chunky manly looking pen with another blue tone ink.
This month’s inkredible box was life changing! I got a Lamy pen and it is a revelation! I have already ordered three more! The ink was pretty outstanding, too!
Five collector boxes in and I’m not very happy. I thought I would get a wider variety of items. I have gotten 5 pens so far. Three of them have been black. I have received a Lamy Piano Black Studio ($183.20), a Lamy Accent Black Diamond ($199), and an Aurora Ipsilon in black and chrome ($192.50). I wish I could post a picture. They look almost identical. BORING! The other two pens I have received so far are Esterbrooks, which I had requested. I am pretty happy with those (One is an Esterbrook Jr in red ($157.50) and the other was a special edition for the Accutron watch brand that is selling for $355 (with a steel nib!) It is Green and Gold and I’m a Packers fan, so that pen has been my favorite so far. The description for the inkcredible boxes says full ink bottles but I have only received samples. I don’t mind samples but I’ve now got 25. I thought I might get other things also - like pen cases or paper, etc. All of the pens I have received have been priced more than the $150 subscription price so Truphae has followed through with that. It might be that pens are personal things and having someone else pick them out might not be the best choice. I could be spending that $150 on pens that I truly do want.

For being a Collector Premium - the pen and a bottle of ink was very disappointing. I may cancel or change the subscription.
