A Celestial Composition in Layered Urushi
Midnight Nebula is built through multiple hand-applied layers of natural urushi lacquer, each coat cured, sanded, and polished before the next is introduced. Within these layers, metallic powders and pigments are suspended to create depth — not surface texture, but dimensional atmosphere.
The dominant field is a saturated midnight blue — rich, deep, and almost velvety in tone. Across that field drift luminous constellations of:
