The Platinum #3776 Century Kumpoo Limited Edition Fountain Pen is one of the most admired entries in Platinum's Fuji Shunkei series, a sequence of editions inspired by the changing seasonal views of Mount Fuji. Released in 2018 and limited to 2,500 pieces, Kumpoo - a name associated with a gentle summer breeze - uses translucent aqua-blue resin and a sculpted wave-like surface to evoke wind moving across water.
The barrel and cap are cut with an undulating pattern that catches light across the transparent blue material, creating alternating bands of brightness and shadow. Rhodium-colored trim reinforces the cool palette. Rather than placing a literal image of Mount Fuji on the pen, the edition interprets the atmosphere surrounding the mountain, allowing texture, transparency, and color to carry the theme.
This example is fitted with Platinum's 14k Soft Medium nib. The Soft Medium offers more responsiveness than the brand's standard rigid nibs, giving the writer subtle variation and a cushioned feel without functioning as a full flex nib. Platinum's Slip & Seal cap system helps limit evaporation and keeps the nib ready to write after extended periods of rest, while filling is by proprietary cartridge or converter.
Kumpoo has become one of the more recognizable Fuji Shunkei releases because its textured translucent body is unlike the standard #3776 Century. The 2,500-piece production, distinctive Soft Medium nib option, and highly identifiable aqua finish give the model strong collector appeal within Platinum's modern limited-edition history.

Free Shipping: We offer free shipping for all U.S. orders over $20, including Alaska and Hawaii.
Standard Shipping Fee: For U.S. orders below $20, a flat shipping fee of $5.99 will be applied.
International Orders:

Exclusions: Currently, we do not offer shipping to Russia and South Africa.
