The Meisterstück 149 - a design that writes history. Deep black precious resin with gold-coated details, surmounted by the white star emblem and finished with a handcrafted Au 750 gold nib, evolves into Montblanc’s design icon.
Some have 14k gold nibs, whereas some are 18k. This depends on when the pens were manufactured. If you have a preference, please reach out prior to ordering, and we will do our best to accommodate your preferences.

I haven’t received my pen yet. The pen I paid over $500 for was shipped uninsured via the cheapest parcel method with USPS (as part of the free shipping offer). So, this is where I’m at 14 days later. I have no pen! Truphae prompted me to share my thoughts on my pen. So, my thought is, I’m so tired of being nickel-and-dimed by everyone having to do with fountain pens. They all want all my money for the smallest/cheapest effort and production quality on their part.
I've had minor issues with the pens I've received through no fault of Truphae, and they've handled it so far with excellent customer service. The condition of the pens themselves is excellent.
I resent the pen to fix the nib and have not received the pen yet. I will rate after I get my pen.
