Pen was better than expected; love it.
Delta is a great brand in my opinion. I got this on sale and it was definitely a great buy. Deep colors. Good nib system.
At first glance, everything about this pen is basic. Comfortable, the right size, 1.5 cap turns, and a posting cap - everything is in the right place and works. When you take a closer look, though, the design extras shine through.This is a subtly flawless pen design rendered in a beautiful flecked blue resin. Double trim rings, lovely finial and etched details come into focus. And it's a great writer. It has that classic Italian feedback, but it is smooth on paper. It is a dry writer (which I prefer), so great for use in a journal or notebook. It makes me want to write more.
At $150 this is not everyone's idea of an entry level pen, but for a hand made and individually numbered pen by Delta this is it.
