Inspired by the ever-changing landscape of the African savannah, where hues transition from predominantly yellow during the dry season to a myriad of browns in the rainy season, the Opera Master Savanna encapsulates the essence of this extraordinary land. The pen features the same color gradients in both the barrel and the cap, harmonizing the two souls of the savannah.
This oversized version of the renowned Opera collection boasts Visconti's patented bayonet closure and, in the fountain pen variant, the iconic Power Filler Double Reservoir filling system. The demonstrator pen is crafted from semi-transparent yellow, brown, and white acrylic resins, seamlessly blending to recreate the colors of the vast savanna's natural reserves. The turning technique is employed in manufacturing the resin components, ensuring a highly polished result.
Both the barrel and cap exhibit an interplay of facets and recesses designed for a comfortable grip. The closure features Visconti's patented iconic bayonet system. The pen's distinctive clip, inspired by the Ponte Vecchio, is palladium-finished and adorned with a vibrant yellow enamel reminiscent of the pen's shades.
Constructed with brass for all metalwork, meticulously finished in palladium, and hand-polished in Visconti's Florentine workshops, this pen radiates a unique and enduring shine.
