I bought this for my wife who loves this ink in her Visconti. Good flow and relatively easy clean up, too. As always, the customer service from Chris and Kylie was great.
This is one of my favorite inks. This is my second bottle after I went through the entire initial one I purchased. A nice, vibrant dark purple with a consistent easy sheen that shows on most papers in most nibs (I.e. medium, broad, and stub). I’ve had no trouble cleaning or otherwise managing it. I’d highly recommend it.
I had not tried Lamy Crystal inks before, but they are wonderful! I have no problems with the ink in medium and broad nibs, and it dries quickly. That's a plus for this lefty!
The permanence and shading qualities of this ink make it well worth it for me. The color is also an interesting blue that is hard to define. Sometimes it leans gray, and other times it is more vibrant. Some people complain about it being dry. It is a little on the dry side, but it's not too dry. Just very controlled. I like the way it writes. I have an occasional hard start with my TWSBI Eco, but it's not too bad.
These were my sample inks for my July Inkredible box. I got Ruby, Peridot, Amazonite, Agate, and Obsidian. This are nice. I adore the range of colors.
