Monteverde Pumpkin Cake is definitely brown. I had hoped for more of a red undertone, or maybe more orange influence. So, I mixed pumpkin cake with some Monteverde Mandarin Orange and got more of the tint I had hoped for. The ink flows well and I expect its lubrication to be useful in my piston fill pens.
