Received the pen wrapped in bubble wrap, no box, anti-shoplifting price tag on the cap. I understand no box - it is a $37 pen after all. What I don't understand is thinking that the customer would be pleased about removing all of that sticky, gooey, paper and glue residue left over from a price tag YOU placed on the cap. If the pen is going to ship out new, but not new-in-box, the least you could do is clean it up yourselves before you send it out.
Hello! I'm sorry you were disappointed in the packaging. The stickers are place by LAMY in either Germany, or by Uni-Brands in the US, not by Truphae. All Safari and Al-Star pens come with the standard black cardboard box, which is what you received. I hope this info helps!
