Waterman describes the immense color on this pen as, “A deep sea-blue pierced by a ray of light. A satin gold overlaid with glistening gold. A luminous blue….an unusual blue, reminiscent of the sea, pierced by a ray of sunlight. To capture the scintillating depth of color of the barrel, Waterman’s engineers have developed a structure with a double wall and a dual function. The Interior respects all technological restraints. The exterior absorbs the light and diffuses it, a deep marine or midnight blue. The space between the two is vital.” 

This particular pen is in brand new and unused condition. The packaging is in poor condition as there is some severe peeling, but the pen itself is in perfect condition.
