We welcome returns solely for defective items. Regrettably, we cannot accommodate returns based on personal preferences, such as not liking the pen or it not feeling right in your grasp.

This is my second box from Truphae. I received a Nahvalur Horizon in this box. The pen is beautiful but after I inked it up it would not write. Nothing I could do worked. I flushed and cleaned the pen and tried again. This time it worked but the ink kept leaking out the side of the nib. I flushed and cleaned it again and made sure all the o rings and seals were ok. Third time inking it, I tried a different ink from the one that came in the box. It works nicely so far.
I love the pen, the ink flows beautifully and it writes so smoothly!
My gift to myself this holiday season was a 3-mont subscription to the Inkredible Box. Like most of us, I live in a town without a pen store and wanted to explore new pens and inks. A curated box felt like a better bet than relying solely on the web so I gave it a try. My first box arrived last week and I was pleased. It included a Pineieder pen, Diamine ink, and note paper. PRO: I like the pen quite a bit and the brand is new to me. CON:The vermillion color ink is disappointing as I had requested darker colors. NEUTRAL: The note paper was fine. Can't wait till next month.

My only disappointment is not in any way a negative to Chris and Company, but in the limited number of manufacturers that produce stub or oblique fitted pens at my price point. Chris has been great about getting pens that work well for me and the ones that haven't been stubs have been thoroughly satisfactory. Several have been pens that I might not have considered and that have become favorites.

Free Shipping: We offer free shipping for all U.S. orders over $20, including Alaska and Hawaii.
Standard Shipping Fee: For U.S. orders below $20, a flat shipping fee of $5.99 will be applied.
International Orders:
Shipping Rates: International shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the package and the destination country.
Exclusions: Currently, we do not offer shipping to Russia and South Africa.
