Platinum Gold Plated Cartridge Converter

I bought 2 Platinum converters. Both work exceedingly well in my Platinum pens. Delivery was fast, service was excellent. No problems, will buy again.

The order was processed and shipped promprly. Although I paid an extra fee for shipping via FedEx, the pen and converter arrived via USPS. I contacted you and you refunded the extra shipping fee. I am still unhappy about this mix up but I am pleased you rectified it quickly. I paid for shipping because our local mail service is not the most reliable. I am glad they actually delivered my purchase. Please, in the future (I will probably order from you again), honor your customers' choice of shipping. This review could have been a five-star review; it became a four-star review because you rectified your error and refunded my shipping charge promptly.

Very Good service at the time of purchase!!!

I ordered the gold-plates platinum converter along with aTurquoise Platinum Procyon Fine Point fountain pen. The pen writes well and I’ve experienced no hard starts, even if I let it sit a week or more without use. Since the pen writes well, and has the converter in it—the converter is clearly doing it’s job well. It seems to hold enough ink for a week of regular use—I usually write a page or two a day.
