We welcome returns solely for defective items. Regrettably, we cannot accommodate returns based on personal preferences, such as not liking the pen or it not feeling right in your grasp.
Note:If you're a multi-level subscriber, you might spot the same sample set in both boxes. Upgrade to the "premium" to avoid duplicate samples sets if you are subscribed to more than one level.

I look forward to being surprised by the choices every month as a stationary addict! For the most part, the pens are beautiful and a great range of selection in brands. I'm a little odd in that I don't like really thick pens, and Truphae has done a good job of picking out pens that are not overly large.
There have been very few disappointments pen-wise, and generally speaking, the full size bottle of ink is not in the least imaginative color-wise. Most pens have a retail value above the price of the box but generally you could find them marked down both on Truphae and other sites for roughly the cost of the subscription. So while there is value above the subscription price, it's not significant except on the rare occasion when you get a more expensive pen which has not happened recently.
I'm still a subscriber as this is one of my monthly splurges so that says something!

Free Shipping: We offer free shipping for all U.S. orders over $20, including Alaska and Hawaii.
Standard Shipping Fee: For U.S. orders below $20, a flat shipping fee of $5.99 will be applied.
International Orders:
Shipping Rates: International shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the package and the destination country.
Exclusions: Currently, we do not offer shipping to Russia and South Africa.
