We welcome returns solely for defective items. Regrettably, we cannot accommodate returns based on personal preferences, such as not liking the pen or it not feeling right in your grasp.

I’m really happy with my incredible boxes. I’m on my third box, and each has been special. No disappointments here. Each one has included at the very least a very nice fountain pen and a good selection of ink. (I requested no paper since I’m kind of picky on that subject.) when I’ve priced things out according to retail, the boxes have been worth more than $100 easily. More importantly, it’s fun to have a surprise each month showing up in my mailbox. I am really happy that I decided to subscribe to the service. I highly recommend it to others.
The pens can be hit or miss for me. Usually because of the color. The brands are good. They are brands I have yet to try being new to the fountain pen community. This is a great way to start!
It's also nice that the box always (?) comes with a bottle of ink. Another way to try out brands I haven't used before. Throw in the accessories and this is a great value for each month!

I loved this box. I received the Sheaffer Icon, a pen I had been looking at for awhile because of the partially hidden nib. Love the pen and I enjoyed the Monteverde Hope Green ink as well.
I've been subscribed for a year, I have trouble deciding on pulling the trigger on pens to play around with and this box gives me an easy way to jump right into the hobby! A Visconti Breeze I got convinced me to eventually buy the Starry Night Van Gogh, it's a great way to try out different brands. Plus the added accessories, like inks, notebooks, and pen cases are nice to get too.
