U.S. Orders:
- Free Shipping: We offer free shipping for all U.S. orders over $20, including Alaska and Hawaii.
- Standard Shipping Fee: For U.S. orders below $20, a flat shipping fee of $5.99 will be applied.
International Orders:
- Shipping Rates: International shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the package and the destination country.
- Exclusions: Currently, we do not offer shipping to Russia and South Africa.

- Return Period: Customers may return items within 7 days of order delivery.
- Refunds: A full refund will be issued for returned items.
- Condition of Return: To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in its original condition, including all original boxes and packaging.
- Restocking Fee: For used items or items missing their original packaging, a 20% restocking fee will be applied.

Celebrate National Poetry Month with "Writing the Ekphrastic: Techniques for Writing Poetry about Art." Join us for a creative in-store workshop for writers at all levels. This workshop is led by Rick Mulkey, author of six books and director of Creative Writing at Converse University. Hosted by Truphae and Converse Low Residency MFA in Creative Writing.

This seminar caused us to dig deeper into our past and bring back memories that we didn't even know we had.

- Thought activity to generate plans for a memoir or family story was helpful and could tell people were responding
- Liked choice of Heaney poem to illustrate meaningful writing about family
- Glad teacher invited people to read what they had written and thought he gave encouraging responses
- Would have liked teacher to invite us to introduce ourselves by name at least at the beginning
- Would have liked teacher to invite us to consider writing poetry as well as prose
