The Dakota is everything I hoped it would be-- short, thin, sleek, and a smooth writer. The dimensions nearly match those of my favorite non-fountain pen, a brass Machine Era Pen. Dakota's stainless-steel body feels comfortably light to me, but the cap is heavy enough to, when posted, back-weight the barrel in a way that feels unbalanced. This does not cause me issues. Short barrels fit my hand well, and the Dakota unposted is perfect for me. The JoWo #5 Fine nib writes smooth and wet on Tomoe River paper when inked with Monteverde's Gorilla. I'm quite pleased!

Free Shipping: We offer free shipping for all U.S. orders over $20, including Alaska and Hawaii.
Standard Shipping Fee: For U.S. orders below $20, a flat shipping fee of $5.99 will be applied.
International Orders:

Exclusions: Currently, we do not offer shipping to Russia and South Africa.
