- Free Shipping: We offer free shipping for all U.S. orders over $20, including Alaska and Hawaii.
- Standard Shipping Fee: For U.S. orders below $20, a flat shipping fee of $5.99 will be applied.
International Orders:
- Shipping Rates: International shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the package and the destination country.
- Exclusions: Currently, we do not offer shipping to Russia and South Africa.
- Returns can be initiated by clicking the link here.
- Return Period: Customers may return items within 7 days of order delivery.
- Refunds: A full refund will be issued for returned items.
- Condition of Return: To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in its original condition, including all original boxes and packaging.
- Restocking Fee: For used items or items missing their original packaging, a 20% restocking fee will be applied.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be processed using the original form of payment.

I was really excited to get this pen. Thought they would be sent at beginning of month because of webpage, but they waited until closer to Halloween which I thought was really nice and a good idea. It makes the holiday seem even more special. The pen is Very nice and I just looked at it for awhile before trying it out. It’s a smooth writer and fits my hand perfectly without posting. I’m sure I will treasure it for years to come. Thank You Truphae. (forgot)- It came very nicely packaged with care and much thought.

The pen was a gift for a friend who has a love of beautiful pens. I wanted to get this one for him and couldn’t find it anywhere. I was really fortunate to find it at Truphae at an excellent price. It was delivered quickly, but whoever sent it forgot to enclose my note, so he had no idea who it was from.
