I want to thank you for reaching out. I have been trying to decide whether or not to place my subscription: Inkredible Box: Penthusiast on hold. I have been a customer of yours for several years and I have always been satisfied with my purchases. However, the last three boxes I received I was somewhat disappointed: 1. I am not a fan of Kaweco pens. I have one or two in my collection and I do not enjoy writing with them. 2. the mechanical pens that you have to put together before you can use them. I have received at least three of those in the past year and I do not care for them. 3. I have superfluous bottles of ink. I actually prefer cartridges or a beautifully covered journal(lined). You see I am old school, an older person. Also tried to use the rewards that I had available and I could not. The message I received said I had a reward already. If I did/do, I was not aware of it. You see, writing is an art form for me. Yes, I still write in cursive writing as much as I can. It pains me that writing is no longer taught in schools. And to be honest I have some other mitigating financial situations that has created a tightness in my budget. I do not want to totally quit my subscription, but I would like to place it on hold for at least three months. I have enjoyed getting my boxes so much every month. Thank you for your understanding.

This is always a fun thing to open. Almost like my birthday every month. But I love what Im getting
The pen/ink box subscription was just ok. Not what I expected. I feel like the boxes carried fountain pens that were not as appealing and hard to sell on the website. For an $80 pen box I wouldn’t expect to receive a pen worth less than that and I received a $60 pen. I cancelled my subscription after 3 boxes. I was tired of being disappointed.
Amazing box love the pen that came with it very nice. Overall will keep subscription cant wait to see whats next.
