Monteverde ink features a special "ITF" Ink Treatment Formula, giving it exceptionally smooth flow. This allows for an extended amount of time you can leave your pen uncapped before it dries out. It also lubricates your pen's feed system and protects it against clogging and corrosion.
This is a good blue when you want a change from standard primary color blue. On the paper I use it becomes almost a teal blue. My 2020 has been spent journal writing and writing snail mail letters. I appreciate the various samples I've acquired to stop me from getting bored with various ink colors.
