The Pilot Custom Heritage 92 Orange Fountain Pen is the discontinued orange demonstrator version of Pilot’s piston-filled Custom Heritage 92. Its translucent orange resin allows the ink supply and internal piston mechanism to remain visible, while rhodium-tone trim keeps the overall presentation crisp and modern.

Craftsmanship & Design

The Custom Heritage 92 uses a flat-top resin body, threaded cap, and integrated piston filling system rather than Pilot cartridges or converters. The orange demonstrator color has been discontinued and is considerably harder to source than the standard clear version now commonly seen in the market.

Writing Experience

This example is fitted with Pilot’s 14k gold No. 5 Fine nib with rhodium-colored finish. Pilot’s Fine nibs are known for their precise line and controlled ink delivery, making this a particularly practical collector-grade pen.
